Job Description 】

• Accounting & Costing System Setup: Build and implement factory cost accounting and analysis systems from the ground up to ensure efficient operations.
• ERP System Implementation: Lead or play a key role in the implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or other mid-to-large scale ERPs) to drive the digitalization of accounting processes.
• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee tax compliance based on Philippine tax laws, including BIR audit representation and the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD).
• Governance Management: Ensure strict adherence to reporting regulations for government agencies such as the SEC and BIR, and manage legal affairs related to Corporate Secretary functions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up a new company/factory (organizational buildup) or practical knowledge of customs and tariff processing for equipment importation.
• Hands-on experience leading or significantly contributing to the implementation of mid-to-large scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tiptop/Dingxin).
• Extensive experience in handling BIR audits and preparing transfer pricing documents.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and the ability to design cost analysis frameworks.
• Proficiency in SEC/BIR reporting requirements and Corporate Secretary duties.
• Business-level English or higher.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license holder.
• Experience in financial reporting for large-scale manufacturing companies.
• A proactive professional who enjoys creating systems and workflows rather than just following routines.
• Ability to remain flexible and persistent under the pressure and rapid changes of a startup phase.
• Ability to logically organize complex cost analysis and tax risks and present strategic recommendations to management.
