Sales Account Manager

MAIN TASKS:

• Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, attending industry events and among others.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences and challenges.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers, including follow up on concerns or other issues.
• Prepare and provide activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis such as CW1 reporting/VR’s.
• Responsible for accurate and timely proposals/agreements submission with support from the Pricing team and In-house Sales.
• Achieving goals/quota or growth measures set by the management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
• Providing feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining close contact with all customers, including follow-up on concerns or other issues.
• Maintaining an efficient work environment
• Assisting in the implementation of sales strategies prepared by the Sales Manager/Supervisor
• And such other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

OTHER TASKS:

• Daily/Weekly submission of Sales report/VR’s thru CW1 system
• Weekly sending of Sales Itinerary preferably every Monday
• Weekly monitoring of Sales booking preferably every Monday
• Track/trace shipments when requested
• Filing of all the sales proposals/quotation
• Filing of all the shipper’s/consignee’s manual
• Assist and prepare the printing of Sales materials
