Production Supervisor

Supervise and lead production team to achieve daily output and quality targets.
Monitor production schedule, materials, and workforce deployment.
Implement safety and housekeeping policies within the production area.
Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production data and efficiency metrics.
Assist in process improvement and implementation of best practices.
Train and mentor production operators to boost productivity and morale.
Conduct root-cause analysis on production delays or quality issues.
At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
