• Supervise and coordinate the work of Product Specialists to ensure smooth product localization, testing, and market adaptation.
• Act as the key liaison between Product Specialists and Product Managers, ensuring alignment with overall product roadmap and company objectives.
• Monitor and manage product content accuracy, localization quality, and cultural relevance across designated markets.
• Support the planning and execution of new feature rollouts, updates, and market-specific campaigns.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data; provide insights and recommendations to improve product usability and engagement.
• Ensure timely communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including QA, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience.

• Experience in product operations, localization, or a related product support role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
• Good understanding of product lifecycle and localization workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken); foreign language skills and cross-cultural awareness are highly desirable.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or product/content management systems is a plus.
