Digital Sales Associate (Office Based)

Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc is a new tire trading company engaged in the selling high-quality, value-for-money passenger car, truck and bus tires. The company is looking for an Digital Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers online and has a passion for providing excellent customer service and closing sales through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via Facebook, Instagram, messaging apps, and other social media platforms.
• Assist customers in choosing the right tires based on vehicle type, usage, and budget.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to check availability and arrange orders.
• Process online orders and prepare quotations.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and informative online presence.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide after-sales support when needed.
• Report customer feedback and common queries to improve service and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with automotive products, especially tires, is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Comfortable in using social media (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, Instagram).
• Sales-driven with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Organized, responsive, and proactive.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using chat, email, and online sales tools.
