Sales Associate

Care Center Clinic is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to help grow our corporate client network and promote our healthcare services.

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: Primarily office-based with field work as needed for client meetings, corporate presentations, and business development activities.

• Generate and develop new corporate accounts and business opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations and promote the clinic's healthcare services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide customized healthcare packages and services
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and marketing plans
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Field Marketing
• Experience in the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, HMO, or diagnostic industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Willing to travel for client meetings and field activities
• Can start immediately
