Senior Wintel & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wintel & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at NYGC Services, Inc. in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Wintel and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

1. Designing, deploying, and managing Wintel and cloud-based infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and security
2. Implementing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
3. Automating infrastructure deployment and management using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
4. Monitoring infrastructure performance and proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
6. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
7. Documenting processes and procedures to maintain knowledge and ensure consistency

1. 10+ years of experience in Wintel and cloud infrastructure engineering
2. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 technologies
3. Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
4. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
5. Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
