Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assessment and documentation of existing Cisco CUCM and Unity infrastructure, call flows, and dial plans
- Support Direct Routing design activities including SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and global voice policy alignment
- Collaborate with onshore leadership to prepare migration roadmap and execution plans
- Assist in Microsoft Teams voice enablement, testing, user onboarding, and post-migration hypercare
- Maintain logs, issue trackers, and reporting for migration progress and dependencies
- Conduct assessment of current Webex deployment including conferencing, messaging, and voice integrations
- Map Webex features and policies to Microsoft Teams collaboration and governance standards
- Provide technical inputs and support for Teams adoption planning, pilot execution, and global rollout
- Validate Intune device compliance and coordinate VOSS alignment for user provisioning and lifecycle management
- Identify risks, feature gaps, and operational impacts with mitigation recommendations

- Call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements
- Enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments

- Microsoft Teams collaboration services, compliance, and meeting policies
