About the role
Alorica Teleservices, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call centre in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and accurate solutions
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Alorica's products, services, policies, and procedures
- Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and provide support as needed
- Contribute to a positive and customer-centric work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with call centre or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
