Project development manager

About the role

Megaworld Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our upcoming mixed-use development in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from concept to completion, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic vision and meets key milestones and budgets.

1. Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
2. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as design, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project delivery
3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to senior management
4. Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
6. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and profitability
7. Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project development, preferably in the real estate industry
2. Strong understanding of the property development life cycle, including planning, design, construction, and marketing
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities, and meet deadlines
4. Proficient in using project management software and tools
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
