Job Overview:

The Retail and Trade Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion by overseeing retail operations, managing trade strategies, and leading field teams. This role ensures effective execution of sales initiatives, strengthens key partnerships, and delivers data-driven insights to support business objectives

Job Description:

  • Lead market research and data analysis to support strategic business decisions
  • Oversee retail store operations and manage Sales Representatives/Beauty Advisors, including training, coaching, and performance management
  • Develop, implement, and optimize trading strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Prepare and present market performance reports, insights, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate trading activities across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers
  • Manage end-to-end trading logistics and operational execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and trade standards
  • Oversee vendor accreditation and ensure all partners meet compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular business reviews and field visits with customers and suppliers

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong background in retail marketing, trade marketing, showroom management, or distribution
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, distribution coverage, and market execution standards
  • Experience in executing business plans and territory development strategies
  • Ability to manage accounts receivable and trade-related financial performance
  • Strong leadership experience in managing local teams and operations
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and ability to translate insights into sales strategies
  • Experience handling key accounts such as Watsons or similar retailers is an advantage
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be based in or relocate to Bacoor, Cavite
