Responsibilities:
- Facility Data Verification & Maintenance
- Carefully review and confirm the accuracy of assigned links and sources for existing dental facilities.
- Update and enrich facility records with precise contact information.
- When needed, craft new profiles to fill any gaps. Keep records meticulously organized and current to ensure seamless sales readiness.
- Data Quality & Accuracy
- Ensure every mandatory field is completed accurately, following our established data standards and organizational guidelines to the letter.
- Meticulously cross-check and confirm information from multiple trustworthy sources before entering, saving, or updating records to uphold the highest data integrity.
- Take initiative in spotting, flagging, and documenting any inconsistent, unclear, or missing data points, enabling thorough review and swift resolution by the right teams.
- Maintain outstanding accuracy in all data entry tasks while efficiently achieving or surpassing productivity goals and deadlines.
- Continuously refresh and expand your knowledge of data standards and procedures to drive superior data quality and boost operational efficiency.
