Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide a dynamic team of administrative analysts, fostering excellence in deliverables and nurturing their professional growth.
  • Oversee key administrative functions such as logistics management, vendor purchasing, meeting documentation, and seamless event coordination.
  • Drive smooth and efficient business operations locally and globally, leveraging exceptional organizational skills and collaboration on cross-functional projects and major events.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, and in checking others’ work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize own and others’ workload effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or the equivalent work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in administrative support, with a preference for 2 years in team leadership roles.
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) paired with outstanding communication skills.
  • Able to work in a hybrid scenario (onsite and work from home)
