  • Our client, a US-based financial firm that partners closely with small businesses and entrepreneurs. They’re looking for a whip-smart virtual assistant who thrives on bringing order to chaos, juggling calendars, and delivering exceptional support — both to their CEO and to their valued clients.
About the Role
  • This isn’t just inbox triage. You’ll be at the center of scheduling, communication, and client coordination — playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly and professionally across the board. You’ll work US hours and become the CEO’s right hand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and emails.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support senior client service team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Jump in on special projects when needed.
  • Stay one step ahead — always.
