US Client Services & Executive Virtual Assistant (WFH)
Background- Our client, a US-based financial firm that partners closely with small businesses and entrepreneurs. They’re looking for a whip-smart virtual assistant who thrives on bringing order to chaos, juggling calendars, and delivering exceptional support — both to their CEO and to their valued clients.
- This isn’t just inbox triage. You’ll be at the center of scheduling, communication, and client coordination — playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly and professionally across the board. You’ll work US hours and become the CEO’s right hand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and emails.
- Schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior client service team with day-to-day tasks.
- Jump in on special projects when needed.
- Stay one step ahead — always.
Job Requirements:
About YOU- You're ridiculously organized.

- 2+ years of experience in client services or executive assistance.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and email as your power tools.
- Proven success managing busy inboxes and calendars.
- You’ve handled confidential info with care and professionalism.
- You’re proactive, not reactive.
- You like autonomy but love to collaborate.
- You communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully.
- You keep things professional but bring your personality too.
- You care about doing things well — and doing them right.
- Keep the CEO on time, informed, and in control.
- Make scheduling conflicts magically disappear.
- Be the calm in the inbox storm.
- Support client interactions with clarity and care.
- CEO satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Accuracy and timeliness of communication and scheduling.
- Feedback from team and clients.
- Your ability to juggle and prioritize with grace.
- Monday to Friday ; US hours.
- Work from anywhere in the Philippines.
