We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivables professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process including invoicing and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and outstanding invoices.
- Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and forecasting reports.
- 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
