About the Role

We’re hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter to source and place top-tier healthcare professionals across the US. If you have a strong understanding of healthcare roles and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Healthcare Admin Staff, and other clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Coordinate with US-based clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Use tools like job boards, ATS, and VMS platforms to track and manage candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submittals to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and compliance standards.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of US healthcare recruitment experience
• Familiarity with US healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements.
• Experience using ATS and VMS systems for sourcing and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
