SUPORTA SOLUTIONS PHILIPPINES (an affiliate of Suporta Australia) is currently looking for a Contracts Administration Support (FULL TIME WORK FROM HOME)

About the Role:

Help Australian residential builders manage the critical admin tasks from sale through to site start. You'll play a vital role in keeping projects on track by preparing contracts and variations, coordinating client onboarding, and ensuring documentation is timely and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new build projects and issue client welcome packs
  • Prepare and issue contract variations via DocuSign, tracking execution status
  • Order preliminary reports such as plans, soil tests, and surveys
  • Coordinate appointments for colour selection and electrical walkthroughs
  • Lodge online forms (e.g., AGL, DBYD, QBCC) and maintain records
  • Send onboarding packs to subcontractors and manage compliance via Onsite Companion
  • Arrange site signage, uniforms, and business cards
  • Raise purchase orders and manage digital filing
  • Track and collect compliance documentation throughout the build

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in residential construction or property administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and online form systems
  • Familiarity with Onsite Companion (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent English communication and professional email skills
