Job Description:
Conduent is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable to support our finance operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a global business services company.You’ll assist in processing high volumes of financial transactions, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate records across various systems.
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
- Extracts data for dashboards on process/reconciliation metrics.
- Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
- Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exist.
- Contributes towards quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.
- Participates in first-level tasks and quality checks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Ad
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Must be willing to work on-site and on the night shift
