Marketing Assistant / Marketing Associate

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content (graphics, captions, videos) for Verdefy’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase audience engagement and follower growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

• Coordinate and support online and offline marketing campaigns, including product launches, sales promotions, and partnerships.
• Assist in drafting campaign briefs and timelines.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

• Conduct basic research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
• Gather and analyze data to help improve campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities.

• Assist with e-mail marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional blasts.
• Help monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

• Maintain organized records of marketing materials, campaigns, reports, and budgets.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for printing, creatives, events, and ad placements when needed.

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers or brand partners.
• Help manage the collaboration process— from sending kits to monitoring posted content and gathering feedback.

• Stay updated on all Verdefy product offerings, benefits, and brand values.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all customer-facing and online activities.
