Key Responsibilities - Corporate Planning Manager
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Support long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
- Deliver performance insights through KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards
- Evaluate investments and strategic projects using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
- Support capital planning and funding strategy alongside Treasury
- Prepare board reports and investor presentations

✅ What It Takes to Succeed- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
- Experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CFA is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills; BI tools experience is a plu
