Role - Junior QA Tester

1. Regression Testing
2. Manual testing experience with Defect lifecycle knowledge
3. Should have experience in Agile methodology
4. Integration Testing
5. SDLC process

1. Preparation of Test Plan
2. Performance Testing
3. Automation Script Creation and Execution
4. Azure Test plan and Azure DevOps Dashboards
5. Knowledge of SQL and scripting
6. Experienced in ERP testing

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or College recognition in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
2. Ability to assess requirements for testability
3. Develop test scenarios, functional test cases and test data preparation
4. Executing test cases both Functional, Regression and Integration test cases
5. Logging, retesting, and closing of defects
6. UAT Support
7. General technical IT skills, with knowledge of industry testing best practices
8. Ability to communicate technical issues at a level that is easily comprehensible to the audience
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong logic and analytical skills
11. Organized and detailed documentation skills
12. Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, results, and customer satisfaction
13. Ability to multi-task, switch and prioritize between several projects or tasks at once
14. Experience in testing ERP application
