Senior Fund Accounting Associate - Pasig City ( 2x-4x a month RTO)

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Fund Accounting Associate, you will:

• Develop a strong understanding of assigned clients, their investment strategies, fund structures, and monthly fund performance.
• Perform and review fund accounting activities across various financial instruments, including equities, bonds, swaps, options, foreign exchange, mortgages, financing arrangements, and futures.
• Review and price investment portfolios in accordance with established fund and company pricing policies.
• Reconcile cash, positions, and securities against broker and custodian statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and process investor capital activity, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and comply with established procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and fund formation documents.
• Calculate and review partner allocations, management fees, performance or incentive fees, and other fund-related calculations.
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
