Role Responsibilities:
- Perform all inbound or outbound transactions for Regional Surveillance Center - both via
- Update status of all open tickets and clears immediately on each endorsement.
- Implements activities/work requests assigned by Team Leaders based on agreed
- Implements changes for network rollout, project related/adhoc activities and provides
- Performs vertical and horizontal escalation during instances of further assistance
- Provide recommendations and process improvements.
- Able to work on a shifting schedule, even on holidays.
- Able to work at Globe office locations in Cebu or Davao respectively.
- Adhere to Globe policies and guidelines.
- Attend / participate training, be it face to face session or online.
Role Qualifications:
- Familiar with Nokia or HT RAN is a plus but not a must have
- Technical Knowledge and Experience
