What you’ll do

• Serve as a liaison with other departments, including the Customer Service team.
• Present performance findings to supervisors and managers and track operational performance indicators in line with Customer Service Level Agreements.

• Ensure daily production plans are executed effectively by setting priorities, monitoring hourly progress, adjusting schedules, and reporting processing results in accordance with Operations Bulletins.

• Monitor and manage administrative functions in line with departmental objectives and requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records to analyze manpower utilization.
• Track and manage supplies consumption to support budget control and efficient resource use.
