Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination of HR activities. The role ensures smooth HR operations and provides support to both employees and management
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment documents (contracts, job offers, onboarding requirements)
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support HR activities such as training, events, and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in HR support or administrative work is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in recruitment, employee records, and HR processes
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
