Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you'll manage calendars, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, all while supporting top-level leadership in the property management space.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila time)

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience in Property Management is advantageous
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Quick learner with a commitment to the role
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and professional demeanor
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Your Daily Tasks
  • Work directly with the Supervisor to support all aspects of their daily work routine
  • Determine priorities for the Supervisor and manage matters accordingly
  • Keep Supervisor informed of time-sensitive and priority issues
  • Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings and agendas
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and prepare routine correspondence
  • Transcribe and distribute reports, tables, and presentations
  • Support the coordination and communication of key projects
  • Handle special assignments including creating presentations and financial documents
  • Support onboarding of new hires when needed
  • Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information
  • Exercise sound judgment and manage time effectively
