Virtual Assistant - Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Graphic Design and Social Media Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, with a strong ability to craft compelling social media copy and captions in English.

This role involves managing 3-4 social media accounts per month and designing unique, visually appealing graphics that stand out from standard templates.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design engaging and professional graphics for a variety of platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Ensure all graphics are visually appealing and align with each brand's aesthetic and messaging.
Create custom designs that go beyond basic templates to provide unique and innovative visuals.

Social Media Management:

Manage 3-4 social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
Craft compelling copy and captions that resonate with our audience and reflect the nuances of the English language.
Schedule and publish content in a timely manner, using social media management tools (Vista Social, Content Studio) as necessary.

Content Creation:

Create content that aligns with brand goals and campaigns.
Write in various tones and styles, adapting the voice to suit different platforms and audience segments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to create compelling social media copy and captions.
Ability to write in various tones, adapting to different brand voices and audience segments.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts, with a knack for engaging and growing an online community.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
