Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Employment).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires, for East West Banking Corporation's growing technology division. Based in Taguig City, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support the success of our organization on a fixed-term contract basis.

What the role will entail- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the recruitment industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, programming languages, and technical roles
- Proven ability to source and place high-caliber technical talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
