• 1–2+ years of US recruitment experience, ideally handling technical or niche roles
• Familiar with working with MSP/VMS partners
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Confident making cold calls and reaching out to passive candidates
• Knows how to use Boolean search and sourcing tricks to find great talent across different industries
