Korean Bilingual

Schedule: Day Shift

We are seeking a Korean Bilingual Finance and Accounting Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate processing of accounting transactions. The role requires strong communication skills in both Korean and English, along with a solid background in finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day finance and accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Communicate with Korean-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting (fresh graduates may be considered depending on proficiency)
• Knowledge of accounting systems and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in BGC on a day shift schedule

Nice to Have:

• Experience in shared services or BPO setup
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
