Responsible for supervising and overseeing the overall operations of the Extrusion and Winding processes to ensure efficient production, product quality, and compliance with company standards and applicable legal requirements. Handles production scheduling based on Production Order Forms, issuance of work orders and monitoring documents, coordination of materials and supplies, monitoring of production status, and reporting of section performance to Top Management.Also responsible for training newly hired employees, evaluating personnel performance, and performing other related duties as assigned by Management.
