- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; preferably a licensed Electronics Technician (ECT) or Certified Audio and Video Technician.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Audio and Video Technician, with hands-on expertise in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and circuitry.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and drafting technical plans and diagrams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
- Physically fit, with excellent hand-eye coordination and willingness to perform fieldwork and on-site assignments.
- Familiar with various technical tools and equipment; knowledge of audio and video editing software is an advantage.
