Supervise and coach crew members to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Support manpower scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in controlling food and operating costs.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Conduct staff training and support employee development programs.
Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving sales targets.
Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.At least 1–3 years of experience in restaurant operations or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.
