Store Manager (SM Sta. Mesa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our business.

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, and sales initiatives
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
3. Train and manage a team of passionate and dedicated retail associates
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the store operates within budgetary guidelines
5. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
6. Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to align on goals, initiatives, and best practices
7. Ensure the store complies with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent
2. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
5. Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the retail environment
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
