HR Admin Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Male HR Admin Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in administrative coordination, and the ability to handle a variety of task efficiently and with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Manage office documentation and employee records.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Handle day-to-day office operations such as scheduling meetings, managing communication, and organizing office suppliers.
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding, training coordination, and other HR- related tasks.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Admin Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong Organizational skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
