We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Male HR Admin Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in administrative coordination, and the ability to handle a variety of task efficiently and with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Manage office documentation and employee records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations such as scheduling meetings, managing communication, and organizing office suppliers.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding, training coordination, and other HR- related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Admin Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong Organizational skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
