Job Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Business Development

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development and Franchise Operations team. This role will assist in managing franchise documentation, contracts, administrative processes, and basic bookkeeping to ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Support

Assist in preparing franchise documents, agreements, and compliance records

Coordinate with franchisees regarding documentation and requirements

Maintain organized filing of franchise contracts and records

Support onboarding and documentation for new franchise partners

Contracts & Documentation

Assist in preparing and organizing legal and operational documents

Track contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements

Coordinate with management and legal consultants for documentation needs

Administrative Support

Maintain records, reports, and internal documents

Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports for management

Support general office administration and coordination with departments

Basic Bookkeeping

Assist in tracking invoices, payments, and expense records

Coordinate with accounting team for financial documentation

Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
