What is the job?

The Payroll Associate is responsible in delivering accurate, timely payroll processing while serving as a trusted partner to clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Processes end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Reviews and validates payroll inputs, timesheets, and supporting documentation
• Calculates wages, deductions, and entries per company policies and regulations
• Posts payroll and direct accurately and manages multiple client accounts
• Serves as primary contact for client payroll inquiries, proactively resolving issues
• Maintains audit-ready payroll records and ensures minimal errors across payroll cycles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume, transactional, or client-facing role (e.g., payroll, banking, financial services, shared services).
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Works effectively across multiple systems, platforms, and data sources.
• Manages competing priorities and meets strict deadlines without compromising quality.
