Associate Producer

The role of Associate Producer will serve as the central lead for all production requirements, driving end-to-end execution of photo and video shoots, managing partners and suppliers, and ensuring all outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the approved creative direction.

• Leads planning and execution of photo and video shoots, ensuring all requirements are prepared and aligned with the approved creative direction.
• Oversees timelines, deliverables, and overall production flow from pre-production to final output.
• Sources, liaises, and manages relationships with production houses, directors, photographers, and other suppliers.
• Ensures partners are properly briefed and aligned with project expectations and quality standards.
• Own and uphold the visual quality standard produced by the artists. Prepares, manages, and tracks production budgets.
• Ensures cost efficiency without compromising output quality. Handles quotations, negotiations, and cost control across all production needs.
• Acts as the main point person during shoots and activations. Oversees on-site operations, ensures smooth execution, and resolves issues in real time to keep production on track.
• Works closely with Creatives, Accounts, and Finance/Procurement teams to ensure alignment of production requirements with campaign objectives. Translates creative ideas into feasible production plans.
• Attend and engage in key client and vendor meetings.
• Coordinates with editors and post-production teams to ensure outputs meet creative and technical standards, including editing, color grading, and final deliverables. Ensures timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Maintains high standards of production quality across all outputs. Identifies risks, anticipates challenges, and implements solutions to ensure efficient workflows and successful project delivery.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

• Associate candidates are welcome, especially if they have relevant experience.
• 2-4 years experience in production, advertising, or related industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end production for photo and video shoots
• Experience working within an agency, production house, or similar environment
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects at once
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Exposure to a range of formats including digital content, campaigns, and on-ground activations
• Strong project management skills across pre-production, shoot, and post-production
• Ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously and efficiently
• Solid understanding of photo and video production workflows (planning, scheduling, permits, logistics)
• Skilled in budget management, cost estimation, and supplier negotiation
• Ability to translate creative requirements into clear production plans and briefs
• Familiar with different media touchpoints to ensure the appropriate output
• Proficient in timeline management, deliverable tracking, and quality control
• Familiarity with the local production landscape (production houses, directors, photographers, suppliers)
• Strong understanding of on-set processes, equipment, and technical requirements
• Knowledge of post-production workflows (editing, color grading, formatting for digital, OOH, on-ground)
• Awareness of industry best practices and emerging production techniques
• Strong “fixer” mentality with the ability to anticipate challenges and pivot quickly with effective solutions
• A proactive team player with a strong can-do mindset
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Film/Film Production, Multi-Media Arts, Mass Com / Comm Arts / Broad Comm, Advertising, Production Design, or Business Administration
• Involved in award-winning campaigns, experience in TVC production
