- Analyze and evaluate current business processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Create business documentation (e.g., BPMN diagrams, SIPOC charts, etc.) to provide a clear understanding of business processes
- Develop comprehensive project documentation to support smooth implementation and ensure project success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives
- Leverage data analysis tools and methodologies to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Partner with technical teams, vendors, and alliance partners to design and develop innovative digital solutions
- Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives, managing project scope, timelines, and resources
- Support change management efforts, including user training, stakeholder communication, and adoption planning
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership and stakeholders to drive buy-in and alignment
- Continuously monitor technology trends, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging solutions to benefit the organization and its customers
- Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation efforts and create mitigation strategies
- Track project performance against KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
- Industry experience in one or more domains: Social Media, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail, E-commerce.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BPM and project management tools: FIGMA, Visio, Jira, Microsoft Suite, and Mind Mapping tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with familiarity in analytical tools.
