About the Role
Join our growing construction team as a Project Accountant and play a vital role in managing project finances, cost monitoring, billing, and financial reporting. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and the financial success of our projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of Project Accounting Officer/Supervisor experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong background in AP, AR, billing, cost monitoring, petty cash, and documentation
- Knowledge of BIR compliance, withholding taxes, and Form 2307 is an advantage
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
- Manage project accounting, billing, expenses, and financial documentation
- Monitor project costs and prepare accurate financial reports
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with company and government requirements
- Support month-end closing and financial reconciliations
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems is an advantage
