Prisma Press Printing Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
This role combines administrative support, customer coordination, and inside sales. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and job orders
- Assist walk-in clients and coordinate requirements
- Support inside sales and client relationship building
- Follow up pending quotations and existing clients
- Encoding, data entry, and CRM management
- Scheduling and operations coordination
- Inventory monitoring and purchasing support
- Payroll and general administrative support
- Assist with social media and business coordination
- Must be computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Fast learner and dependable
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
