JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Prepare, process, and monitor billing statements and invoices through ESAS system
  2. Maintain and update billing records and documentation
  3. Assist in data encoding, tracking, and report generation
  4. Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing concerns and discrepancies
  5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information
  6. Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Adept with MS Excel/MS Office
  • Can work with Smartsheet and ESAS is a plus
  • Fast learner
