JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare, process, and monitor billing statements and invoices through ESAS system
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation
- Assist in data encoding, tracking, and report generation
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing concerns and discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Adept with MS Excel/MS Office
- Can work with Smartsheet and ESAS is a plus
- Fast learner
