Role Description
The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila at Grand Westside Manila Bay. This role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications plans that support brand positioning, guest acquisition, and revenue goals.Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content for digital and print channels, preparing press releases and media materials, coordinating campaigns and promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The manager collaborates with internal teams, agencies, and media partners, oversees project timelines and budgets, and monitors campaign performance to optimize strategies.
The role also involves managing public relations initiatives, supporting event communications, and maintaining strong, professional communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including excellent written and verbal abilities and the capacity to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications skills to plan, execute, and evaluate integrated brand and promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Press Releases experience, including drafting, editing, and distributing media materials and managing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, maintain professionalism under pressure, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
