The Medical Representative acts as the vital bridge between Pascual Consumer Healthcare Corp. and the Healthcare Professionals. The core responsibility of the role is to promote the over-the-counter products of PCHC by educating doctors, pharmacists, and nurses on their benefits and proper usage.
General Qualifications:
- Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Manila Area coverage
- Must have at least two (2) years of previous work experience as a Medical Representative
- With basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to clearly explain mechanisms of action, benefits, and safety in simple terms
- Capable of building long-term partnerships with Healthcare Professionals and engaging effectively with internal & external stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, territory planning, call prioritization, and HCP profiling.
- Capable of executing planned activities, monitoring the results, and setting KPIs
- Must have a non-professional/professional driver's license
