Junior Multimedia Artist
Job Overview
The Junior Multimedia Artist is an entry-level creative professional responsible for supporting the Creative team in producing high-quality visual assets across ENSI's portfolio of Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, and Lifestyle brands. This role is designed for individuals with a strong creative foundation who are eager to develop their skills in graphic design, video editing, animation, and digital content production.
Working closely with Senior Art Directors, Brand Multimedia Artists, Content Associates, and Marketing teams, the Junior Multimedia Artist transforms established brand concepts into engaging digital assets while continuously learning industry best practices, creative processes, and emerging design trends.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Asset Production- Design and produce digital marketing assets including social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentation materials, and campaign visuals.
- Adapt existing Key Visuals (KVs) into multiple formats for social media, e-commerce, digital advertising, and internal communications.
- Assist in creating visual materials for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Support the production of short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics, animation, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Learn and apply storytelling techniques that improve audience engagement and content performance.
- Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and campaign requirements.
- Review creative assets for accuracy, alignment, typography, image quality, and overall design consistency.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient digital asset library.
- Work closely with Senior Art Directors, Multimedia Artists, Brand Teams, Content Associates, and Marketing teams to support ongoing creative requirements.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
- Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and content production when needed.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media content formats, animation styles, and digital marketing best practices.
- Continuously improve technical and creative skills through coaching, feedback, and hands-on project experience.
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new creative tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent creative portfolio.
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with 0–1 year of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or digital content creation are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants from reputable institutions such as the University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas, or those with exceptional portfolios are highly encouraged to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Passion for video editing, motion graphics, animation, and digital storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify design inconsistencies, alignment issues, and visual errors.
- Highly creative, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to receive constructive feedback.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment while managing multiple creative tasks.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, animation, or multimedia projects is required.
