The role
As a Sales Consultant at SinoTruk-Calamba you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Sinotruk vehicles in the Calamba City Laguna area. This full-time position is a crucial part of the company's sales team, focused on building relationships with customers and closing deals.
Key responsibilities- Actively engage with potential customers, identify their needs and recommend the most suitable Sinotruk model
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiate prices and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers
- Process sales transactions and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Sinotruk product range, pricing, financing options and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Provide excellent post-sale customer support and follow up on leads
- High school graduate, vocational certificate holder, or graduate of any 4-year course
- With prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Reliable, organised and able to work well in a team
- With driver's license is an advantage.
