What you'll be doing- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about our vehicles, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Contribute to the overall success of the showroom by providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continuously learn about our vehicles
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in English and the local language
