Job Description
Posted on 30 May 2025- Performs maintenance of facility equipment like ACUs, water station, fire detection and alarm systems and electrical systems in coordination with the Facilities Engineerent
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility through janitorial service providers
- Comply with the requirements of government entities and LISP Park regulations
- Ensures safety workplace policies are in place, implemented and sustained.
- Report to Facility Engineer and Department Manager any update of repairs and safety hazard concerns
- Do basic carpentry and repair works
- Assist in any repair, upgrade, improvement facility projects
- Monitor and record facility utilities such as electrical, and water readings
- Vocational course graduate or its equivalent
- Computer Literate
- 1-year experience in the same function
