The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring operation of packaging and industrial equipment, performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, food manufacturing machineries and ensure its operational use.Will report under Maintenance and Engineering.
Your scope of responsibility shall include:
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on bottling, SUP/Sachet line equipment, processing equipment, and utilities equipment,
- Using mechanical and electrical knowledge in trouble shooting to maintain the manufacturing equipment systems,
- Follows diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions,
- Interacts with production group for support with setup repair items as needed,
- Observes appropriate safety measures to maintain and promote a safe work environment,
- Performs detailed analysis and recommend repair solutions when equipment is not performing up to mechanical or electrical design expectations,
- Perform other tasks as may be required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:
- Candidate must have reached College level or equivalent vocational/technical program with certificates
- With at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance & Engineering department; with related technical training preferably in a food manufacturing environment, production line machine,
- With training on electrical wiring installation and troubleshooting, Pneumatics and Electro-pneumatics, and Advanced Industrial Motor Control,
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and must be well versed in troubleshooting industrial equipment,
- Must be willing to report to work as required under emergency conditions.
- Skilled maintenance personnel are encouraged to apply with minimum experience as mentioned.

Remarks
Working Conditions:
- Shifting schedule; up to 12 hours duty
- Rotational weekly shifts, with premium pay
- Night differential
- At least 1 day rest day
- Must be willing to work in Jenny's Ave., Pasig City
