Job Description

Key Tasks:

Innovative,develop,research and deisgn products according to market requirements with competitive price.
Designing processes that are production friendly, and converting prototype laboratory samples to production batches,and modify when needed.
Conducts research on various functional ingradients and assess them for possible cost reduction and product improvement applications.

Requirements

Graduate of food- related course such as Food Technology Nutrition, Chemistry,Chemical Engineering, etc.
Background in product development and extruded products.
Must have knowledge in Food Chemistry and Statistical analysis
Familiarity with sensory evaluation test, physico-chemical and microbial analyses and regulatory standards.
